Yoh is this lazy kid who sees ghosts, when he was young his grandfather had already trained him to be a good Shaman, but as a kid he wanted to be a rockstar.  He moved out of his old home to go to the city, there he met his very good friend, Morty.  They first meet, formally, in school, but Morty first sees Yoh hanging around with ghosts.  As the show goes on, you can find Yoh to be responsible kind friendly and strong.  Yoh's guardian ghost is the great Amidamaru, samurai from 600 years ago.

Len is this strong and powerful boy, who, as a kid was raised by his uncle, En Tao.  As a child he was taught that failure wasn't an option and that you should either destroy or be destroyed.  Len and Yoh first meet when Len attacks Yoh, in the end Yoh comes out the winner though.  At first you will think Len is this mean boy who only knows hatred and anger, though this is true, he changed, his attitude improved, but he's still kinda cocky and has got a lot of pride but Len's an okay guy.  Through the show, Yoh comes through to him and changes him, finally, Len's got friends.  He never made firends, trusted any human, and always thought humans were dusgusting and horrible creatures because of his uncle En. But Yoh proved En wrong and Len re-directed his anger and defeated his uncle En.  Len's spirit guardian is Bason.

Trey is this blue haired cool talking pain in the butt boy. Yoh and Morty first meet Trey when they were buying food for the house.  Trey quickly becomes friends with them, then was invited into Yoh's house, was offered food, and, ate a lot! Anna is then introduced to Trey, for some reason, Anna doesnt like him at all.  So she makes Trey do all these chores around the house, and at first Trey got a crush on her!  First, Trey you think is this useless slacker who only knows how to eat and clean and will give up, but later on in the show Trey is this awsome kid, who's got real good skills, and he's real funny too.  He and Len always make fun of each other for fun and his guardian ghost is Corey.

Profile:

Anna is this bossy blonde haired girl.  Anna was first introduced in the show after the first half of Yoh's first fight with Lenny.  Anna comes back to train Yoh for the tournament, hearing about what happened to him with Lenny.  She trains Yoh like crazy and she gets done things her way!  At first you may think Anna's this bossy girl who wants things to be done all for her, she is like this but you will see she's only hard on Yoh because she cares for him, she tries her best to look out for Yoh.  Anna uses a 108 bead prayer necklace to summon the ghosts with her spirit medium 'powers'.  Anna has no guardian ghost, she is the finace'e of Yoh.

Profile:

Jun is this tall beautiful green haired spirit daoshi.  Yoh along with Morty Anna and Amidamaru first meet Jun outside the cinema, after watching Li Pai Long's movie, special screening after 17 years of his death.  Jun attacks Yoh and friends because she wanted to get Amidamaru for her brother, Len. She sen a lot of zombies to defeat Yoh but it went the other way around.  She then released the strongest corpse of them all.  Yoh and Morty in shock saw it was the great Li Pai Long, Pai Long had a daoshi control talisman attached on him then Yoh finally free's PaiLong.  But remebering what happened to himself, he aims for Jun, the reason for his death was so that Jun would get PaiLong.  At the beginning Jun is this bad girl after Yoh saves her from PaiLong's attack, Jun had a change of heart.  Throughout the show she began to see things through Yoh's eyes.  Jun also as a kid was taught like Len, she was also raised by En Tao, so after meeting Yoh she changed and became this good girl who helped Len in the time he needed help defeating his Uncle.  Jun is also very very very protective of Len and her spirit guardian is non other than the great Li Pai Long.
